Wisconsin Salt Wise hosts a free training for winter maintenance professionals who remove snow, apply road salt or maintain snow removal equipment used on roads, parking lots or sidewalks. 

This hybrid meeting will take place in-person with a virtual option via Zoom. TO ATTEND IN-PERSON: The in-person meeting is held at the Maintenance Facility Training Room located at 1610 Moorland Rd. Madison, WI 53713. Guests are asked to enter and exit the campus using Gate 4 off Moorland Rd. [...]

On the first Friday of every month at noon, the District offers a tour of the treatment plant to anyone who would like to attend.  Tours are free, but RSVP is required by noon the Thursday before the tour.
