Request for Proposals: Pumping Stations 11 and 12 Surge Valve Access Platform Project

The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District (“the District”) requests proposals for engineering design services for the Pumping Stations 11 and 12 Surge Valve Access Platform project. The project documents are available at www.QuestCDN.com, Project #10385945.
Any questions should be directed to the project manager, Adam Carlson, Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District, at 608-338-7413 or rfp@madsewer.org. Proposals will be accepted until 11 a.m. CST on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Proposals shall be emailed to Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District, Adam Carlson, rfp@madsewer.org.
All proposals should clearly state in the subject line: “Pumping Stations 11 and 12 Surge Valve Access Platform Project.”
Only formal written addenda that are posted on www.QuestCDN.com can materially alter the RFP. No verbal statement made by a District employee or anyone else is binding, nor shall such a statement be considered an official part of this public proposal.
The District is federal and state tax-exempt. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any technicality and accept any proposal which may, in its opinion, be advantageous to the District.
