Community Budget Preview Meeting

Wednesday, Aug. 13, 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Doors open at 11:15 a.m.

Join us for a preview of the District’s 2026 budget, including operating budget and Capital Improvements Plan. This meeting will provide customer communities with an early look at priorities and direction for next year’s budget. We will highlight a few projects and drivers related to rate setting, but note that numbers will not be finalized until September. 

We will also recap key steps in budget development to this point, including Commission activities to date and the Commission + Community Listening Session held in June.

This is an in-person event with a virtual option via Zoom. Lunch will be provided for in-person attendees. 

Please RSVP by Wednesday, August 6 so we can plan accordingly.

 

TO ATTEND IN-PERSON: Register to attend here. The in-person meeting is held at the Maintenance Facility Training Room located at 1610 Moorland Rd. Madison, WI 53713. Guests are asked to enter and exit the campus using Gate 4 off Moorland Rd. The meeting will take place at the Maintenance Facility Training Room. Get wayfinding information here.
