Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District’s (District) Employee Leadership Council is seeking a consultant to perform facilitation and collaborative problem-solving services. The qualified consultant will provide services that meet or exceed the requirements described in this Request For Proposal (RFP).
The District will accept proposals for this RFP until 11:00 a.m. CST, Friday, September 22, 2023. Proposals shall be emailed to Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District, Mike Lipski, Human Resources Director, at Mikel@madsewer.org. The email should clearly state in the subject line: “Proposal for Employee Leadership Council Meeting Facilitation.”
The District understands that proposers may have questions that cannot be answered by the information contained within this RFP. Proposers should submit those questions, via email, to Mike Lipski, at Mikel@madsewer.org by 11:00 a.m. CST, Wednesday, September 13, 2023.
If answers to any submitted questions would materially affect the requirements for proposals, those answers would be posted to this website page by 3:00 p.m. CST September 14, 2023.
Only formal written addenda that are posted on the District website can materially alter this RFP. The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The District is federal and state tax exempt.
