Advertisement for Proposal: Consultant Assistance for Administration and Interpretation of an Employee Engagement Survey

The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District requests proposals for a consultant to assist the District with administering and interpreting an employee engagement survey. Proposal documents are linked below.
Proposals will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. CST, Tuesday, December 20, 2022. The District understands that proposers may have questions that cannot be answered by the information contained within this RFP. Therefore, proposers should submit those questions, via email, to Mike Lipski, at Mikel@madsewer.org by 11:00 a.m. CST, Wednesday, December 14, 2022. The email should clearly state in the subject line: “Proposal for Employee Engagement Survey Assistance.”
If answers to any submitted questions would materially affect the requirements for proposals, those answers would be posted to the District website by 3:00 p.m. CST December 16, 2022. Only formal written addenda can materially alter the specifications. No verbal statement made by a District employee or anyone else is binding, nor shall such a statement be considered an official part of this public proposal. All proposal responses and their contents will be public records.
The District is federal and state tax-exempt. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any technicality and accept any proposal which may, in its opinion, be advantageous to the District.
