Catalytic Projects Artist Selection Community Panelist

The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District requests statements of qualification (SOQ) from experienced artists regularly working with/in the community to provide consultation services as part of the catalytic projects artist selection processes. Specification documents are linked below. Applications will be accepted through July 31, 2023. Applications must be submitted via webform at: https://onewatermadison.org/about-residency/artist-residency-community-panelist-application/.

All oral communications are unofficial and non-binding on the District. Proposers shall rely only on written statements issued by Catherine Harris. In the event that it becomes necessary to provide additional clarifying data or information, or to revise any part of this RFI, supplements or revisions will be posted on the District’s Contracting Center.

The District and all records it retains are subject to Wisconsin Public Records law, sec. 19.31 et seq, Wis. Stats. To maintain fairness to any forthcoming solicitation as a result of this RFQ, all RFQ responses shall remain confidential and closed to an open records request, until a Request for Proposal, Notice of Intent to Award, has been issued.
