Advertisement for Request for Qualifications: 2023 Educator/Artist in Residency

The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District requests applications of qualification from local artist/educators (or duo/teams) to design and execute a one-year residency. Specification documents are linked below and are also posted at: https://onewatermadison.org/. Information will be accepted until midnight on October 2, 2022. All applications must be submitted at https://onewatermadison.org/about-residency/application/

All contact with the Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District regarding this RFQ shall be made through Catherine Harris, Pollution Prevention Specialist, via email at Catherineh@madsewer.org, or 608-867-6426.

No phone calls, emails, or other correspondence to other District staff regarding this procurement are permitted during the procurement process unless otherwise noted in writing as required as part of the solicitation process. All oral communications are unofficial and non-binding on the District. Proposers shall rely only on written statements issued.
In the event that it becomes necessary to provide additional clarifying data or information, or to revise any part of this RFQ, supplements or revisions will be posted on the District’s Contracting Center.

The District and all records it retains are subject to Wisconsin Public Records law, sec. 19.31 et seq, Wis. Stats. To maintain fairness to any forthcoming solicitation as a result of this RFQ, all RFQ responses shall remain confidential and closed to an open records request, until a Request for Proposal, Notice of Intent to Award or a Request for Bid, Notice of Award, has been issued.
