| FAR EAST INTERCEPTOR GASTON ROAD EXTENSION |
Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District will
receive sealed proposals for the construction of the Far East
Interceptor Gaston Road Extension. Proposals will be received at the
office of the District, 1610 Moorland Road, Madison, Wisconsin 53713,
until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, May 22, 2008, at which time and
place all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project includes furnishing and constructing approximately 1700 lineal feet of 18-inch diameter interceptor sewer, and 40 lineal feet of 21-inch diameter interceptor sewer, including six 72-inch diameter pre-cast manholes. Other work includes traffic control, asphalt pavement restoration, and all appurtenant other work. The work is located in the Town of Cottage Grove, Dane County, Wisconsin. Proposals shall be addressed to the Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District, Mr. Jon Schellpfeffer, Chief Engineer and Director, 1610 Moorland Road, Madison, WI, 53713 and shall be marked “Sealed Proposal, Far East Interceptor Gaston Road Extension.” A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at the District office, 1610 Moorland Road, Madison, Wisconsin. All prospective prime bidders are required to attend. |
