South Interceptor Baird Street Liner
The South Interceptor Baird Street Liner involves installing a cured-in-place pipe (liner) inside the existing pipe. This is required due to excessive root build-up and cracks in the existing pipe. Approximately 1,414 lineal feet of 15-inch vitrified clay pipe, originally installed in the late 1920’s, will be lined during the project. A total of 68 laterals will also be reinstated and grouted as part of the project.
