Operations Building 2nd Expansion
This project involves an expansion to the second floor of the Operations Building and modifications to the interior areas on all three floors. It also includes minor modifications to the existing Grit Building, which will be converted into a storage building.
A total of 2,300 square feet will be added to the second floor of the Operations Building and an additional 4,000 square feet will be remodeled. The expansion will include five additional offices, which will be occupied by the IT staff. Modifications will also include a new copy/print area, a new kitchen, a new scan room, a relocated file room, and a new engineering conference room.
